The Design-Builder’s design team continues from the Preliminary design (submitted with their Proposal) through complete design of the project. A “fast-track” approach to design and construction will allow construction to start in the spring of 2009.

Nesser Construction, Inc. is working on the Design Development phase of project. The team is focusing on documenting details of each space, system, and product to assure that the new facility will meet Department of Correction's functional and maintenance requirements.
