What We Do 

• Work with citizen groups, community councils, incorporated cities, advisory boards, the Planning Commission and Assembly
• Develop long range capital improvement program, public facility and land use plans
• Assist with development of implementing community driven adopted comprehensive plans
• Review and process borough comments and recommendation concerning private and public development demographics
• Review and comment on Borough land disposals, platting actions and private land development permit applications
• Perform special assignments suited to the division's overall mission and staff qualifications
